Predicted Human transmembrane homo-dimers mediated by weak hydrogen bonds

CATM is a genome-wide prediction for homo-dimers among single-pass transmembrane helices, based on backbone-to-backbone interactions.

The current atlas is a scan of all the single-pass human proteins annotated in UniProt based on the program CATM v.1.00.

The program's goals are:

  1. to predict if the transmembrane sequence is compatible with the formation of homo-dimer based on backbone-to-backbone interactions.
  2. Return any number of compatible structural models, highlighting their network of Cα-H···O hydrogen bonds
  3. Highlight the interaction interface
  4. Precompute the predicted effect of mutation on the dimer
